What are the conditions of claim?

All terms and conditions are under Forte Insurance’s policy. Customers shall provide verbal notice to the bank immediately and submit all necessary claim documents to Forte Insurance as soon as possible to help speed up the claim process. For more information on the claim process, customer can:
