Promotion Period

From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 (both dates inclusive) for hotel stays up to 31 December 2029.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all CIMB Visa Credit Cardholders including Primary Cardholders and Supplementary Cardholders, holding any of the following cards:

• CIMB Visa Gold Credit Card; and
• CIMB Visa Platinum Credit Card 

Promotion Offer

All eligible CIMB Visa Credit Cardholders will enjoy up to 7% discount on selected hotel bookings worldwide made through Agoda's dedicated promotion pages and paid using an eligible CIMB Visa Credit Card.

How to Enjoy the Offer

To qualify for the promotion, eligible CIMB Visa Credit Cardholders must:

• Search for and select an eligible hotel displaying the “Visa YRO” or “Eligible Promo” designation.
• Complete the booking using a valid CIMB Visa Gold Credit Card or CIMB Visa Platinum Credit Card.
• The applicable discount will be reflected on the payment page upon successful entry of eligible card details, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Eligible Transactions

The promotion is applicable only to:

• Selected participating hotels and properties designated by Agoda.
• Bookings made through the dedicated Agoda promotion page.
• Eligible room types displaying one of the following payment options:

- Prepaid

- Pay Now

- Book Now, Pay Later.

General Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products or services.
• The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, promotional codes, or offers unless otherwise specified by Agoda.
• All bookings are subject to Agoda's booking terms and conditions.
• Agoda reserves the right to determine hotel eligibility, discount amount, booking conditions, and availability.
• CIMB Bank PLC is not the supplier of the services offered under this promotion and shall not be responsible for the quality, availability, or fulfillment of services provided by Agoda or participating hotels.
• Any disputes relating to hotel reservations, accommodation services, cancellations, refunds, or booking amendments shall be resolved directly between the Cardholder and Agoda.
• CIMB Bank PLC reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice where applicable.

• CIMB Bank PLC's decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and binding.
• CIMB Bank PLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, delay, inconvenience, or claim arising from:

- The use of Agoda's website or booking platform;

- The unavailability of participating hotels;

- Errors in reservations;

- Cancellation or modification of bookings by Agoda or participating hotels; and/or

- Any act or omission of Agoda, its affiliates, or hotel partners.
