If the borrower is abroad, can he/she apply for a Personal Loan?

The borrower can call/email Personal Finance team and provide preliminary information for assessment. Once he/she returns from aboard, he/she can schedule a home visit by the team. The borrower is required to be in Cambodia to sign loan documents if approved.
