FAQ

What kind of collateral does the bank accept?

The bank accepts landed property, vacant land or condominium unit that is marketable, in generally good location, and with good market value. For vacant land, the LTV ratio is reduced to 50%. The property should be clear from encumbrance. There should not be any existing mortgage, dispute or litigation that adversely affects the title to the property. CIMB fixed deposits are accepted at up to 90% of the face value.
