Where do I view transactions or requests for my Approval?

On OCTO Biz Web

Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz Web
Step 2: On the left side menu click Inquiry > Task List
Step 3: You can:
- Click the hyperlink request that you wish to view the request details before Approve/Reject/Return; or
- You can Approve/Reject/Return the request by clicking the available buttons in the Action column; or
- Select multiple requests to Approve/Reject/Return at the same time.

On OCTO Biz App

Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz app
Step 2: On the bottom navigation bar > Task List
Step 3: The list of requests for your action will be displayed
