What is Lock OCTO Biz ID?

Lock OCTO Biz ID is a feature that allows you to protect your accounts in case you’ve been scammed or suspect fraud transactions in your CIMB accounts.

With Lock OCTO Biz ID, you can activate Lock OCTO Biz ID within the app, it will:

Instantly block your Company ID and suspend your online banking and mobile banking access.

Allow your accounts to continue to receive payments and process any scheduled payments.

Only be available for company Authorised Person, System Administrator(s), and Approver user(s) to activate this feature.
