How do I activate Lock OCTO Biz ID?

It can only be activated by the Authorised Person, System Administrator, and Approver User(s).

 

  • Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz App > Tap More on the bottom navigation tab > Lock OCTO Biz ID
  • Step 2: Read and understand information on screen > tap Proceed
  • Step 3: Approve the action via Secure Token by following the instructions on screen

 

Once complete, all users that are logged into OCTO Biz App or Web under your Company ID will be immediately logged out and users will receive a notification that Lock OCTO Biz ID has been activated.
