I did not receive any Secure Token notification when attempting to login to OCTO Biz Web, what should I do?

Follow the simple steps below:

 

For Android devices:

  • Step 1: Go to Settings > Notification > App > OCTO Biz > Select Allow Notifications.
  • Step 2: Go to System & Updates > Date and Time > Select Set automatically.
  • Step 3: Login to OCTO Biz Web > Click Resend Notification on CIMB Biz Web to trigger Secure Token notification.

 

For Apple iPhone:

  • Step 1: Go to Settings > Notifications > OCTO Biz > Select Allow Notifications.
  • Step 2: Go to Settings > General > Date & Time > Toggle on Set Automatically.
  • Step 3: Login to OCTO Biz Web > Click Resend Notification to trigger Secure Token notification.
