I forgot to share receipt upon completing a payment. Is it possible to share receipt after I’ve completed the payment?

Yes, you can. Follow these steps:

 

OCTO Biz web

  • Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz Web
  • Step 2: On the side navigation menu click Inquiry > Transaction Status Inquiry
  • Step 3: Select Transactions to view transaction status
  • Step 4: Input mandatory fields (indicated as *), click Search. Results will then be displayed in table below
  • Step 5: Click Product Group hyperlink to view more information > Click Download to retrieve transactions

 

On OCTO Biz app

Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz app

Step 2: On the bottom navigation tab, tap More > Transaction Status Inquiry

Step 3: Tap the transaction you wish to share receipt > Share Receipt
