Can I stop/cancel a payment?

If the payment is not processed, it can be stopped/cancelled by following the steps below (OCTO Biz Web only):

 

  • Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz Web
  • Step 2: On the left side menu, click Services > Stop Payment > Search for payment you wish to stop
  • Step 3: Tick the box of the payment you wish to stop > Click Stop Payment
