Can I delete or edit details of an existing Saved Beneficiary/ Favourite? How do I do this?

On OCTO Biz web

  • Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz web
  • Step 2: On the left side menu, click Service > Manage Beneficiary
  • Step 3: Select the Beneficiary you wish to edit > Click Edit or Delete

On OCTO Biz app

  • Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz app
  • Step 2: On bottom navigation tab, tap More > Other Services > Manage Beneficiary
  • Step 3: Tap on the Beneficiary you wish to update > Tap Edit or Delete
