Yes, you can:

On OCTO Biz web

Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz web
Step 2: On the left side menu, click Services > Manage Template
Step 3: Select the template by clicking on the hyperlink > Click Edit

On OCTO Biz app

Step 1: Login to OCTO Biz app
Step 2: On the bottom navigation tab, tap More > Other Services > Manage Template
Step 3: Tap on the template you wish to edit > Tap Edit
