OCTO Biz

To maintain mobile app security and compatibility, OCTO Biz app will only support the following minimum Mobile OS:

• Version 12 (For Android Devices)
• Version 16 (For Apple iOS Devices)
• Version 13 (For Huawei EMUI Devices)

If your mobile device runs on an older operating system, please update your system or use another supported device to continue using OCTO Biz app securely. For guidance on how to upgrade your mobile app OS version, you may refer the below steps:

For iPhone/iPad (iOS):

• Go to Settings > General > Software Update
• If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

For Android/Huawei devices:

• Go to Settings > System > Software Update
• If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
• Allow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Tip: Always back up your device before updating to avoid losing your data.
