What is a Cooling-Off Period?

As part of our security measures to combat fraud, there will be a cooling-off period of 12 hours when you install the OCTO Biz App for the first time or on a new device. This additional measure is to prevent any unauthorised access to your CIMB account(s).

Upon completion of first time login to OCTO Biz on a new mobile device, you will need to wait 12 hours before you will be able to perform and approve banking transactions via the OCTO Biz App.
