Internet Banking

To access your Internet Banking account for the first time, please follow the steps below carefully:

1. Go to the Internet Banking website

Open your browser and visit: https://www.internetbanking.cimbbank.com.kh

2. Retrieve your login credentials

Your User ID and a temporary password have been sent to your registered email address.

The temporary password is included in a PDF attachment within the email.

3. Open the PDF securely

To view the PDF file containing your temporary password, you’ll need to enter a PDF PIN.

This PIN has been sent separately to your registered mobile phone number via SMS.

4. Log in to your account

Once you have your User ID and temporary password:

• Enter them on the login page.
• You will be prompted to change your password after the first login for security purposes.

Important Tips:

• Make sure to check both your email inbox and SMS messages.
• If you do not receive the email or SMS, please contact our Call Center for further assistance.
• Keep your new password confidential and avoid sharing it with anyone.
