If you can’t receive the One-Time Password (OTP), please ensure to follow below steps and retry:
- Ensure the network coverage is strong.
- Remove unwanted SMS messages to free up phone/SIM modem memory.
- Restart or reboot the phone/modem to refresh the network connection.
- Check if the user/device has any phone applications (like Truecaller or similar) or settings that might filter or block messages. Alternatively, the user can try swapping the SIM card into another phone and retry.
