Campaign Period

The campaign is valid from 01 October 2026 to 31 January 2027, both dates inclusive ("Campaign Period").

Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open to all CIMB credit cardholders including Primary Cardholders and Supplementary Cardholders, holding any of the following cards:

• CIMB Visa Gold Credit Card; and
• CIMB Visa Platinum Credit Card

2. Eligible credit card account must remain active and in good standing throughout the Campaign Period and at the time the cashback is credited.

3. The following cardholders are not eligible:

• Cardholders whose accounts are delinquent, suspended, cancelled, blocked, terminated, or under investigation;
• Cardholders who are in breach of the CIMB Credit Card Terms and Conditions; or
• Cardholders involved in fraudulent, suspicious or unlawful activities as determined by CIMB Bank PLC.

4. This Promotion applies to only qualifying transactions performed in the following ASEAN countries (excluded Cambodia):

• Brunei Darussalam
• Indonesia
• Lao
• Malaysia
• Myanmar
• Philippines
• Singapore
• Thailand
• Vietnam
• Timor Leste

5. Transactions made within Cambodia are not eligible for this Promotion.

Earn 1% Cashback Offer

• Eligible Cardholders will receive 1% cashback on qualifying retail transactions made in eligible ASEAN countries outside Cambodia during the Campaign Period.
• Cashback shall be calculated based on the final posted transaction amount recorded in the Bank's records.
• Each eligible Cardholder may receive a maximum cashback of USD 100 per eligible Cardholder per calendar month during the Campaign Period. Once the monthly cashback limit has been reached, no further cashback will be awarded for the remaining period of that calendar month.

Excluded Transactions

Cash advances, balance transfers, installment plans, quasi-cash, annual fees, interest charges, refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed or fraudulent transactions are not eligible.

Qualifying Transactions

Eligible transactions include retail purchases made at physical Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals and/or completed using contactless payments in the eligible ASEAN countries listed above.

Merchant Classification

Eligibility is determined based on the merchant country and merchant information recorded by Visa and CIMB Bank PLC. CIMB Bank PLC shall not be responsible for any incorrect merchant classification assigned by merchants or acquiring banks.

Cashback Crediting

Cashback will be credited into the eligible Cardholder account in next  following month after successful posting and validation of transactions. Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for other rewards.

Campaign Budget & Cap

Cashback rewards are subject to the approved campaign budget. CIMB Bank PLC reserves the exclusive right to end the promotion once the allocated budget is fully utilized, even if it occurs before the Campaign Period ends.

General Terms & Conditions

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
• CIMB Bank PLC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and any qualifying transactions. CIMB Bank PLC's records and decisions shall be final and conclusive.
• CIMB Bank PLC reserves the exclusive right to amend, vary, suspend, withdraw, or terminate this Promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• If any qualifying transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or determined to be invalid or ineligible, CIMB Bank PLC reserves the exclusive right to reverse the corresponding cashback credited from the Cardholder's account.
• CIMB Bank PLC shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or liability incurred directly or indirectly arising from participation in this promotion.
• In the event of any dispute relating to this Promotion, CIMB Bank PLC's decision shall be final and binding.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges, or vouchers provided by CIMB Bank PLC.
