Activate, Spend & Get Rewarded – USD 10 Welcome Cashback

Campaign Period

The campaign is valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive ("Campaign Period").

Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to new CIMB Visa Gold and Visa Platinum Credit Cardholders, including both Primary and Supplementary Cardholders.

2. The credit card must be approved and activated during the Campaign Period.

3. Existing cardholders upgrading, downgrading, replacing, renewing or converting their credit cards, Cardholders with delinquent accounts, or customers who closed and reapplied within 12 months are not eligible.

4. This promotion is limited to the first 500 eligible Cardholders on a first-come, first-served basis.

USD10 Welcome Cashback Offer

Each eligible cardholder will receive a one-time USD10 cashback upon fulfilling the following requirements:

(i)  Successfully activating the eligible credit card;

(ii) accumulating a minimum spending of USD100 in qualifying retail transactions; and

(iii) completing the qualifying spend within 3 months from the credit card activation date.

Each eligible cardholder is entitled to one cashback reward only under this promotion.

Excluded Transactions

Cash advances, balance transfers, installment plans, quasi-cash, annual fees, interest charges, refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed or fraudulent transactions are not eligible.

Cashback Crediting

Cashback will be credited within 30 calendar days after qualification verification. The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into cash.

Campaign Budget & Cap

Cashback rewards are subject to the approved campaign budget. CIMB Bank PLC reserves the exclusive right to end the promotion once the allocated budget is fully utilized, even if it occurs before the Campaign Period ends.

General Terms & Conditions

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
• CIMB Bank PLC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and any qualifying transactions. CIMB Bank PLC's records and decisions shall be final and conclusive.
• CIMB Bank PLC reserves the exclusive right to amend, vary, suspend, withdraw, or terminate this promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• If any qualifying transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or determined to be invalid or ineligible, CIMB Bank PLC reserves the exclusive right to reverse the corresponding cashback credited from the Cardholder's account.
• CIMB Bank PLC shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or liability incurred directly or indirectly arising from participation in this promotion.
• In the event of any dispute relating to this promotion, CIMB Bank PLC's decision shall be final and binding.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges, or vouchers provided by CIMB Bank PLC.
