What is an Admin User?

An Administrative User, or Admin User, is an authorized Internet Banking user with non-financial access, responsible for managing and controlling the company’s corporate user functions and setup.

Each company must assign at least 2 admin users. If one user acts as a maker, another must act as an approver. A maximum of 4 admin users is allowed.

Admin users are fully authorized to perform the following roles:

  • User Creation and Maintenance
  • User Access and Limit Assigning
  • Approval Matrix Set Up
  • User Reset Password
  • User Lock/Unlock
  • For a company, at least two admin users are required.

 

Note:

Any changes to admin user information can only be performed by the bank upon receipt of a duly completed maintenance form, authorized by the company.
