Can I cancel a future dated Fund Transfer when it is created and approved?

Yes, if the transaction has been approved but the effective date has not yet arrived (i.e., the account has not been debited)

 

The Approver can navigate to Information ManagementTransaction Status, search the transaction, select it, and press the Cancel button to cancel the transaction.

 

Note: For Telegraphic Transfer transactions, cancellation cannot be done via the system. Please contact our Call Center or your Relationship Manager (RM) for assistance.
