Can I cancel Fund Transfer Transaction when it is created but still pending approval?

Yes, you can cancel a transaction directly in the system:

The Maker can navigate to Pending Task → Pending Approval, select the transaction and press the Withdraw button to cancel the transaction.
The Approver can navigate to Information Management → Transaction Status, search the transaction, select it, and press the Reject button to remove the transaction from the approval list.
